yg baju merah tu lah Pak Roy...tour guide yg superb...service yg sgt bagus...nampak je muka dia serius, tapi boleh tahan kelakar...
dia akan terangkan segala sejarah di Medan ni...supir yg knowledgable...sejarah Malaysia pun dia tahu tau...kalah mak jemah...haha...
yg penting pakej yg dia sediakan utk kami mmg best, baik dari segi hotel dan tempat2 menarik yg patut dikunjungi semua dia dah siapkan dlm itenarary kami....kami lenggang kangkung je...tak yah pening2...pakej kami ambik adalah merangkumi tour guide (Pak Roy), driver (Pak Rapel), minyak, parking, entrance fee, ferry, dan 4 hotel yg berlainan...
so, jgn risau, mmg aku rekomen korang Pak Roy ni...
yg lagi sorang tu pulak adalah Pak Rapel, dia cuma drive je, keje dia mmg drive je...tak byk ckp, tapi dia baik ngan anak2 aku...anak2 aku pun senang ngan dia...cuma dia bukan Muslim, dia dari kaum Batak Karo...
inilah kereta yg kami naiki sepanjang 5 hari 4 mlm berada di sana..keta Kijang, kalau di Malaysia dikenali dgn Innova...

tips jika melancong ke Medan:
1) please open ur mind sebelum melancong ke sini...jgnlah korang duk fikir takut la apa la...tak yah takut ngan kaum Batak ni...mmg dulu dorang mmg suka mkn daging manusia, sekarang dah tak la...tahun 1888 dorang dah stop mkn daging manusia dah...
2) seperti aku tulis dlm kebanyakan n3 sebelum ni, tempat2 peranginan di Medan dari satu tempat ke satu tempat adalah jauh, dari airport menuju ke Danau Toba shj mengambil masa 5 jam...jadinya korang akan rasa boring duk dlm keta lama2..sila siapkan bekalan makanan roti ke, jajan ke, takut anak2 lapar pulak...huhu..
3) kalau korang nak shopping di Pulau Samosir atau Pulau Tomok, sila sebut HORAS!! masa nak tawar menawar tu...dorang akan dropkan harga sikit...dah drop harga tu, korang tawar lagi mintak murah...ok??
(HORAS means 'selamat pagi/ptg/mlm/welcome' dlm bahasa Batak Toba)..tapi jgn pulak korang sebut horas masa kat Berastagi, sbb Berastagi dah kaum Batak Karo pulak tau...
4) kat sana kalau restoran tulis B1 adalah anjing, B2 pulak adalah babi...so, korang kena alert...sbb tu pentingnya ada tour guide Muslim ni...
5) di Berastagi, cuaca sejuk...bwklah sweater, kalau tak nak bwk, beli je kat Pasar Buah...murah2 je nok...
6) sebenarnya aku tak sarankan korang shopping sgt kat Medan ni...ni pendapat aku je yer...kalau nak shopping aku sarankan korang gi je lah Bandung atau Jakarta (Tanah Abang) tu, sbb pada aku agak mahal jugak shopping kat sini, even makanan dorang pun lebih kurang je harga dgn di Malaysia...so, jgn expect kat Medan ni murah2...
aku kat sana pun tak byk shopping sgt, beli mana yg perlu je, selebihnya kami lagi suka layan view dan belajar budaya local di sana...
7) jgn lupa rasai kehebatan sambal tombur (sambal tradisional kaum Batak Toba)...kalau tak, korang rugi weh...sedap gilak!!
setakat ni je aku ingat apa aku nak share ngan korang..kalau aku ingat lagi kang, aku tambah ye noks...
Alhamdulillah, habis jugak travelogue aku ni...

saya dah book dengan pak roy ni untuk trip 24hb jan 2013. dia charge rm500 seorg. semua ada 4 dewasa. kanak-kanak 2-12 tahun dia charge separuh. mula2 dia charge rm560 naik pregio,lepas tuka inova dapat rm500. kalau tak include makan dapat rm400. kira ok jugak la harga pakej pak roy untuk 5 hari dah include makan minum, transpot, tourist guide, dan hotel kecuali utk 2 malam terakhir ktorg dh book sndiri hotel kat medan. thanks sebab provide no fon pak roy..
